We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To operate, maintain, and improve the Service.

  • To send promotional SMS messages related to the loyalty program you are enrolled in, with your prior express consent.

4. SMS/Text Messaging & Mobile Information

When you opt in to receive SMS messages from a merchant through Ten Star Loyalty, the following applies:

  • You consent to receive automated loyalty rewards updates, promotional offers, and informational messages via SMS/MMS to the mobile number you provided.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies depending on the loyalty program and your interactions.
  • You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. How We Share Your Information

We may share your personal information in the following limited circumstances:

  • With Merchants: We share your loyalty program data (points balance, visit history, reward status) with the specific merchant whose program you are enrolled in, so they can provide and manage your rewards.
  • Service Providers: We engage trusted third-party service providers to perform functions on our behalf, such as SMS delivery, hosting, and analytics. These providers are contractually obligated to use your data only as necessary to perform services for us and to maintain its confidentiality.
